02Cooling tower cleaning
A deep clean and disinfection that clears sludge and biofilm, controls Legionella, and resets your tower to a safe baseline.
12Fresh water tank cleaning
Tanks drained, cleaned, disinfected and refilled, with a laboratory test before the water goes back into use — routine, after repairs or after contamination.
04Potable water disinfection
Chlorination of new or repaired drinking water pipework and tanks before they go into service — dosed to 50 mg/L, held 24 hours, flushed and laboratory-tested.
05Chemical flushing
Pre-commission cleaning that clears scale, debris and biofilm from new pipework — new plant and mall shop fit-outs alike.
11Cooling tower acid cleaning
Hardness scale dissolved off the fill in place — descaler recirculated for 4–6 hours, then neutralised and rinsed. A separate job from the routine clean.
