Request price and deliverySodium bicarbonate for raising total alkalinity. Use current pH and alkalinity results to discuss the requirement; pack size is confirmed by quotation.
Price, availability and delivery are confirmed by quotation. An enquiry does not place an order. We reply within one working day.
Total alkalinity describes the water’s ability to resist a change in pH. Sodium bicarbonate is used mainly to increase this buffer, while sodium carbonate is used mainly to raise pH. Both readings matter when deciding what to correct.
Low alkalinity can make pH harder to hold. Acidic treatment products may consume alkalinity over time. If repeated pH corrections do not last, check the alkalinity trend and the whole treatment programme before changing quantities.
Use the current supplied label and the pool’s operating targets. Apply adjustments under the agreed procedure and retest after circulation. A fixed monthly top-up is not a substitute for measured water results.
No. This product is sodium bicarbonate. Soda ash is sodium carbonate, listed as pH increaser. The two products affect pH and alkalinity differently and should not be substituted dose for dose.
Provide current total alkalinity and pH, the pool volume, and any recent change in chlorine or acid use. Historical readings help show whether the issue is recurring.
Yes. State your typical usage and preferred frequency. Pack size, price, availability and a delivery schedule must be confirmed in writing.
No fixed pack size is published for this product. The quotation confirms the actual pack, specification and quantity; the enquiry does not assume a 25 kg bag or drum.
